El Dorado County Bail Schedule
Effective 2025. 332 offenses. Official PDF
A schedule amount is a starting point, not a promise. Since In re Humphrey (2021), a California judge must consider whether someone can actually afford the amount set, and must look at non-financial conditions of release first. Counties also issue standing orders that change parts of their published schedule. The figure below is what the county published. The amount actually set in a given case can be lower, higher, or replaced with release on own recognizance.
